After spending 2 weeks round the 4th of July - and another week round our 4th of October anniversary weekend — cleaning, clearing, pushing dirt around and harvesting what is left of our river rock pile— the lots at Cooke Road are finally split. The ink on the legal paperwork is barely dry — wha lah — our realtor will be taking things to market here in the very near future.
To be fair, we’ve have some nibbles of interest — though nothing definitive yet. So if you, or someone you know has always wanted to live on a ravine whilst still taking advantage of all that close proximity to the city has to offer — well, tell them to make us an offer!
